Praise for Hirsch's Ballito

I live in Johannesburg and have grown used to shopping and buying in Johannesburg and how deliveries happen or don't happen when scheduled. On Friday my husband and I were down in Ballito and purchased a washing machine and dishwasher for an apartment there. (I would like to add that we were on a time limit this weekend to get the place ready for rental so time was of the essence). We dealt with Anthony who was professional,knowledgeable and efficient in placing our order. Delivery was organised for the following day and we were promised that we would get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. Promptly the next day we received a call to say they were on their way to be there in 30 minutes. The delivery team arrived promptly and professionally installed our equipment. The assistance with installation was not anticipated so that was an extra bonus. My husband and I would have taken much longer. The overall experience was such a positive one - Thank you and well done to the team at Hirsch's Ballito.

So in spite of the fact that the prices are higher - the whole experience was well worth the extra cost.
