POOR SERVICES FROM HIRSCH!!!!

I purchases a smeg blender from Magalies juices for a total of R4089.00 on the 23rd of April and after waiting for almost two weeks for the delivery i eventually received the blender on the 5th of May in the orginal box which was had brown masking tape over the box covering the content. I sent through a formal complain to Mr Herman du Preez the Brand Manager from Magalies Citrus Online as I had purchased the blender through their online platform. After numerous back and forth emails he eventually informed me that - -Hirsch refused to exchange the Smeg blender for a new one, because they argue that the product inside the box has no damage and is in perfect working condition. - Smeg SA could also not even supply us with a new box for the blender, they are all out of stock. I paid alot of money for this blender and I am so unhappy, angry and highly with regards to the manner in which I received the item that I had paid for and with the feedback from Hirsch and Smeg South Africa which are well know brands, I have to date not even used this blender.
