POOR SERVICE - Waiting for replacement Hoover Wet / Dry Vacuum Cleaner since September 2020!

I bought a Wet Dry vacuum cleaner from Hirsch's Homestore Somerset West in January 2020 - it was used 6X before lockdown and then on my return to work in August 2020 it was used again and then stopped working. I took the vacuum back to Hirsh’s Homestore Somerset West where it was sent away for repair - to date I have had to constantly contact the store and been promised new orders are on the way which have never arrived at the store - I still have not received my replacement nor any update. I will never recommend anyone to buy form this company. The vacuum is not even a year old and has been used maybe 8x. Can anyone put me in contact with Margaret Hirsh the owner of the company as I would like to make contact and resolve this long outstanding poor service and receive a replacement vacuum cleaner.
