Poor service Spmerset West Branch

Purchased a fridge from their Somerset West Branch and reported a fault in February 2019. The repair man phoned me to arrange repair Did not hear again from them until i went into the shop in October.Arranged for a credit and return of the fridge.

However was told that the refund will only be paid into the original debit card which makes no sense to me because these cards expire. i am still waiting for the refund. I told the contact person we need the fridge urgently because we keep insulin for my son who is diabetic in the fridge,

It appears they could not care less about their customers problems
