poor service, passing the buck, NO stock

Went to the fourways branch to purchase an AEG steam microwave. Sales person was useless and more interested in playing on their IPad. Given 3 different prices, none of which was the price advertised in the June Hirches pamphlet. Eventually left and drove totally out of my way to buy the item at the Strubens valley branch. Here I was practically hunted by a sales person who disappeared when I actually wanted to pay. The price in-store was R3999 and the cashier seemed genuinely taken aback that I wanted it at the June special price of R3299. Despite having phoned ahead to check stock availability prior to leaving home, no stock was available. I really love wasting my time and diesel driving across gauteng trying to give you my business! Totally pathetic sales staff, no stock and somewhat differing prices even between different people in-store. I'm disappointed and annoyed to say the least!
