POOR service, ignore request to provide information WHAT exactly was done to my coffee machine.

Philip coffee machine was handed in at Hirschs in Somerset West for repair/service, and was sent to S&H Electronics, the authorised Philips service provider. The machine was handed in CLEAN, yet was returned after 14 days in a filthy condition, very obviously NOT serviced. My continued request to confirm exactly WHAT was done to my machine was just ignored. I paid more than R1000 for nothing. I have photos that I can upload to show the condition of my returned machine. Neither Philips nor Hirschs nor S&H responded to my query. Since S&H seems to be the only service provider for Philips/Saeco coffee machines in the Western Cape (I have not seens others), I will not purchase a Philips/Saeco coffee machine, and neither anything from Hirschs.
