POOR SERVICE HIRSCHS!!!!

Useless!! I have asked for a manager to call me.. 2 days later.. still waiting!!!! I hsve a Hirschs warrantee.. reported washing machine broken 2 dsys ago!!! Still waiting for Hirsch to call me!!! I contacted a private technician who does Hirschs work, and got them to come diagnose my machine!!! They have left withno idea how long it will take to fix? Hirsch will NEVER get my business again! They are eager to sell to a customer, but do not care about after sales service!!!!
