Poor service Hirsch

I purchased a dishwasher from Hirsch Springfield and reported a problem to them 5 times. They were unable to repair the Defy Dishwasher. The dishwasher eventually became unusable and started tripping my entire electrical circuit at home. The problem was again reported to the store. 5 days later Hirschs could not even get a technician out for the 5th time to repair the machine. They then started demanding that they can only arrange technicians to come out in the middle of the day and after 10:30 am after explaining that we have already missed work 5 times before to repair the machine and accommodate their DeFy technician who could not repair the machine. The machine is still not working and unusable. Hirsch is really sliding in terms of customer service and their back up service. Not to forget that this machine is still under warranty! I dealt with Cameron, Rinaldo and Nasreen all ineffective in resolving the matter…!
