Poor service from Hirsch’s over a Dyson cleaner

I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner from the Hirsch’s home store in Dunkeld, Johannesburg. The machine stopped working after a few months. I took it in and they said that I had to replace the battery and that the battery was not under the warranty. But they didn’t have the battery in stock.

I have been to the store 6 times over the past six months and they haven’t had the battery in stock. Last week (21 November 2025), they called to tell me that the battery will arrive on Tuesday. A week later, the battery still has not arrived. This is the worst customer experience that I’ve ever had. Six months without a vacuum cleaner. I will never buy a Dyson again.
