Poor Service Delivery from Hirsch Strubensvalley

Terrible service delviery from your staff at Hirsch's Strubensvalley. I have complained since July 2017 regarding my purchase and to date I have no solution to the problem. I have tried on numerous occassions to return my product to no avail. I have taken time out to try and resolve this issue but I am not receiving any commitment from your staff. No feedback calls and no communication is just unacceptable. I would like a call from a senior manager as your staff are not competent to deal with customer complaints and resolution.
