Poor Service Delivery

Four Weeks ago Hirsch collected our AEG fridge for repairs, each time we called to find out from Geetha the progress on repairs, she said she will call back but never did, we had made numerous calls to them to inform them of the urgency of the repairs to the fridge and she wasnt following up, the service is pathetic to take a month or more for a fridge to be repaired!
