Poor Service

Hirsch's Milnerton sold me a faulty gas hob tried to return it manager and supervisor would not swap it or refund us because we did not have a gas COC. Now I have to get a Gas installer in to install a broken gas hob so that they can swap it. What an inconvenience. Personally I would not shop at Hirsches ever again and will inform all my friends and family as well.
