Poor Service

I have been struggling with a problem with a new Dishwasher that I bought from the Fourways Store for 2 weeks now.

The response and service I have recived to get this sorted has been absolutely shocking with the issue still not resolved and nobody actually knowing what is going on.

A technician was sent to check it and used clean plates to test it saying it works great. Then different staff keep calling me to say they sending another technician with new parts and then apparently yesterday I was told I am getting a new door.

The staff on the floor suggested I buy this particular Dishwasher as it was a great option yet does not work properly and was only purchased in October last year.

Truly shocking service!!
