Poor service……

Hi people please be careful when pushing from Hirsch online….I recently purchased a tv from them on there mega deals…..showed me what a good deal it is and how much I will be saving so I paid for it and the delivery of the item got a receipt e mailed to me….then I went online again same time and purchased a sound bar and a wall mount bracket….paid again for delivery which I did not mind…..then I get a e mail the next day saying the TV advertised is much more then what I paid and they can’t give me the TV…..or honour the deal…so what’s the use having a online facility if they can’t manage it properly….I did call the online department and I asked to speak to the department that sent me the e mail saying they can’t help me the lady said she will have someone call me….I get a call from a private number and a miss smith spoke to me which was so rude and of no help….please people rather buy from other big outlets Hirsch is not like what they where I have been a loyal customer to them but looks like it was a big mistake buying from them and how I got spoken to from miss smith looks like my money has no value to them….
