Poor Service At Hirsch

I called Hirsch, to query a website promo, I was advised by the rep that he was busy with a customer and will request assistance, he dropped the call, I called again, spoke to another rep, who asked when did I return the stock (?What stock I have no idea) she dropped the call as well, on my 3rd call, I spoke to Mischka, who checked & confirmed no stock on the Nespresso Innisia, to rather come in, I drove to the store (30kms from home) the \out of stock"item was on display"
