Poor Service and lack of accountability

At the end of January I bought a LG aircon from Hirchs in Milnerton. Upon purchasing they asked if I had an installer. I said yes I do, their installer could only install three weeks later, I used dialacontractor and could get an installation that saturday. <br> <br> That Saturday the installer informed me the piping kit was missing. I then immediately phoned them, their reply was that their installer has the piping kits. They then asked me if my installer im using is an accredited LG installer because if he isn't then my warranty is VOID. The company was not. Hirchs then said if he continues our warranty is gone. I then sent the installer home but had to pay R350 callout fee. Hirch never said when we purchased the AC that we HAD to use their installer or said anything about voiding the warranty. Hirch then said they will refund me the R350. Its now 1 month later. They have given every single excuse why the money is not paid - but every day it will just be 2 more days. The latest feedback - They are not repaying the money! <br> <br> Everybody makes a mistake at some point, its how you fix these mistakes that defines who you are. Hirch, the way you handled this was absolutely shocking!
