Poor service and attitude

Recently visited Hirsch's in Centurion and they had no stock of heaters although their website indicates that they keep a range of brands and models. I suggested that they at least make reference on their site if they have a stock shortage and the manager said no companies do that !! Very disappointed to see the lack of interest and defensive attitude that blames the customer !
