Poor service

I am very disappointed with Hirsch's Centurion. I placed an order for Elba stove, paid for it. On Sat I went to find out what's the progress on my order, as no one bothered to contact me. I was promised to get a call on Monday about it, to date there is no communication. I spoke to Roger at parts sales and the lady by the name of Peny took my contact and promised to call, both of them were just dismissing me. I regret ever stepping in that store due to bad communication from both.
