Poor service

Our washing machine got damaged by power surges due to power outages and main board got damaged and was not able to be repaired thus i claimed from my insurance and got paid out and that was on the 11th of August. Hirch had a woman's month special on a Bosch washing machine so i ordered the machine on the 12th of August and paid for it on the 13th of August and was told delivery would be in 7 to 10 days. When i queried after 10 days i was told they are waiting on stock from the supplier,and now after 49 days i have still not received the washing machine that has been paid for almost two months ago. The problem that i have is why advertise a product on a special knowing that they did not have the item in stock. To say the least i am not very impressed with Hitch at all. Besides paying for the item six weeks ago we had to have our washing done at a laundromat for six weeks and riding to take the laundry and then having to go back after an hour and a half later for six weeks all lends to additional out of pocket expenses.
