Poor service.

<p>I order a pipe for the washing machine and wastold that the part will arrive in 3 - 4 working days. After 4 weeks the part still hasn't arrived and I had to go back to ask the progress. Again they took my number down promising to give me a call the next day. Still nothing. </p>
