POOR SERVICE!!!

What a huge disappointment - yet again from Hirsch's! Unfortunately this is now the 4th time in a row I experience the same don't care attitude! On YOUR advise I bought a Bosch tumble dryer and took an extended warranty. I am paying for a service - but what poor service!!! Every time I have to phone week after week after week to follow up on a fault report. Your don't care attitude and *********** extended warranty department is a shame!!! In the middle of winter, no tumble dryer, for the 7th time!!!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!! Thank you for not returning my call today - once again!!!
