Poor quality products

I purchased a double door fridge with your store in Springfield on the second week of January this year. A week ago the drawer broke and I contacted your store,I just got feedback stating that no one is coming to take a look at ten fridge.....its not covered under warranty. My issue is I live alone so there is no child here to play wit the drawers.....I am a full grown adult who knows how to handle things around my house and secondly if so quickly I am experiencing problems it speaks to the quality of the fridge I have.the most heart sore part us the my whole house has AEg products........I am extremely not happy
