poor quality products

We bought a new Hisense washing machine from hirshes which is leaking and has paint damage. It looks second hand when we removed the packaging tape off. It has water marks, chemical scuff marks, and the paint is damaged from its packaging. We tried wiping the marks off and it is the actual paint that is damaged. We reported the faults, had a technician come out to look at it and said he cant fix it and came up with very poor excuses as to why its leaking, and they refuse to replace it. Note to self don't bother buying a brand new washing machine, that looks second hand when you could just buy a second hand one for half the price.
