Poor quality appliances

We recently bought an upmarket Samsung fridge, freezer and dishwasher from Hirsch Hillcrest. 2 weeks later the dishwasher started to bubble on the top. We contacted Hirsch’s and they told us it was not their issue we had to get in touch with Samsung. Samsung sent technicians and they gave a pathetic excuse as to why they won’t replace it. Apparently it got some water droplets on it (God forbid, it is a kitchen appliance after all, you’d think they would seal the appliance so some water droplets would not make it bulge in 2 weeks!) and that it’s under a window (this window never gets any sun). Please note that this is one of the most expensive dishwashers. Before this one we had a Bosch that lasted many years, it wasn’t even the fanciest but it’s lasted with zero issues in exactly the same spot. I put this story on face book and there were other similar stories of their poor quality appliances as well as their lame excuses as to why they won’t replace it. #Hirsch’s Hillcrest, why are you selling poor quality appliances!?!
