Poor installation after great in-store service

Great service at the Hillcrest store. Simpiwe was a great salesman - efficient and friendly. He arranged for delivery and installation plus removal of the old unit. The dishwasher was delivered as promised but the installation guys did not connect the water.

Almost flooded the kitchen in when we turned the water on to time the machine for a full cycle as recommended. Thank goodness I was able to assist my sister
