Poor delivery service

<p>We bought a Smeg oven on 19 Dec Silverlakes Hirsch delivery was scheduled for 20 Dec but only after numerous phone cals and an actyal visit to the branch it was finally delivered 21 Dec. We requested the delivery guys to move the old oven out for about 3 metres they refused to move it with an attitude. Now after opening there is a huge dent on the side. This will be my last purchase from Hirchs.</p>
