Poor customer services and false advertising

I purchased a Restonic bed from Hirsch's on the 1st of July and only recieved it 3 weeks later.Due to there being no stock,I was told that I would recieve the bed a week later which was not the case as I received it 3 weeks later but I was ok with this since I was not going to use the bed immediately.A few weeks later,I was finally able to use my bed.Upon use of the I found the bed uncomfortable and the springs were making a noise,so I stopped using the bed. I reported this to Hirsch's on the 24th of August and was told that someone would come check the bed on the 27th or 28th of August.I waited 10 days and no call or visit.I called Hirsch's back on the 6th of September to find out what's happening and was told that the supplier would contact me,which they did on the 7th of September.I waited for hours for the supplier to come inspect the bed,I even called the company and was told that they don't know where the driver is and don't have the driver's phone number.I am sick and tired following up on this.I only used the bed for 2 weeks and am no longer using it .I want my money back due to how I was treated and the quality of the goods! It is so ********* of Hirsch's to sell me something under the name Restonic when in fact it is a Vita-Rest,totally misleading advertising and the salesman was also misleading. I will not be going to Hirsch's any more,they are unreliable, *********,not customer orientated , unprofessional with their service and full of false advertising. I used to believe that Hirsch's was a name brand that I could trust. Not everything you believe is true.
