Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service from Consultant at Hirsch Meadowdale - Johanna Mowane Sales Consultant. I purchased items from the store on Black Friday and was promised delivery on Sunday. No communication from the sales agent. I had to call to check on the delivery, No reply from the sales. Called on Monday only to find out that there was an issue with the delivery vehicle (big truck), was told but could not promise that they would try to deliver on Tuesday before 12pm. Okay for them to earn the sale and commission but where is the follow up?
