Poor customer service

I received confirmation of my order from Hirsch for delivery 3 June 2019. I was called to say delivery will be before 12 and I arranged for someone to be available. A while later he calls back pretending not to know where my neighborhood is and then says sorry if you're there delivery will be between 5-7pm. I inform him that it's Ramadan and it is dinner and prayer time just before 6 so that won't work. On my return from work no delivery was made. I call and am told by the consultant that the driver gave me a time. I again give my reasons. After much discussion I ask to have the order cancelled.so I can purchase elsewhere and get the well it's going to take 7-10 days, indirectly you may as well just accept. I'm not having any of it an Quanita informs me that the reason for my possibly after dark delivery is because I live in a high crime area. To my mind you wouldn't want to be in a high crime area after dark. Elisha tried to assist online but by 5pm the driver did not show. I paid for a good and service, Hirsch didn't hold up their end why should I wait 7-10 days to get my money back and purchase the dishwasher elsewhere
