Poor communication!

Hirsch’s service is so poor, I bought a Hisense fridge and got it delivered. I was instructed to put it on after an hour of which I did, the LED light inside the fridge only worked for a few hours and after it was off.. It’s been a week now and this light is still not fixed! I’m so frustrated because even Hisense is just doing round and rounds. Hirsch’s has not contacted me even now to see if the problem was solved what a wow
