**** poor after service from Hirsch stores

REally poor backup service from Hirsch.. Bought a 75inch TV in November 2021 and having multiple problems with sound and picture quality.. 3 people have come to inspect on 3 different occasions and they blame dstv for issues.. however the problems occur when watching netflix or you tube or internet .. Getting no joy from Hirsch stores
