POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I bought an under counter oven from Hirsh's and was told that there was no stock in store and that they had to get the oven from the Somerset West store. (They receive inter store exchanges on Tuesdays and Thurdays). I bought the oven on a Wednesday with the agreement that I will be contacted the Tuesday regarding collection of my oven. The following Thursday I had still not heard from them. My husband contacted them and was told that they would call him back to sort out the problem. Later that day when we had still not heard from them, I called them and spoke to the Manager (Nishan) who promised to call me back within minutes to resolve the issue. Needless to say, I'm still waiting ..... Maybe tomorrow ..... I will now have to contact them AGAIN tomorrow to resolve this issue as they dont seem to call back as promised. Will definitely not be buying there again, just want my goods I paid for then I'm done.
