poor after sales service

I have never experienced after sales service of this nature, i had a fridge that had a problem with the water dispenser which took 3 months to sort out, i have an ice machine that is not even 4 months old that has been in for repairs for 3 weeks, no communication from Hirsch's, I have to constantly follow up with them, when i phone, the call gets passed from person to person, the phone is not put on hold, so I can hear all the confusion in the back round, gives a very very unprofessional impression.<br> <br> basically an all round terrible experience from the time the money went into the till.<br> <br> definitely wont be supporting Hirch's in a hurry again.
