Poor after sales customer service

I requested for Hirsch Springfield Park to contact me on numerous occasions and I have many calls to them directly. They take my number but no one ever calls back. This is very poor customer service and I now sitting with a brand new fridge still sealed in the box with the plug hanging out which is broken. I need someone to contact me urgently. The sales person is always unavailable and is always on another call. This matter needs to be attended too urgently.
