Philips Coffee Machine repaired and not replaced

I bought a Philips Coffee Machine from Hirsch and the machine is letting steam out of the front covering the whole machine in water. The machine is not even 30 days old and Hirsch insist on sending it in for repairs. <br> I did show them photos of what the machine does.<br> <br> I believe that they should REPLACE it and not send it in for repairs.<br> <br> It is now 21 days later and the machine is still in for repairs.<br> Every time I call Hirsh, they tell me another story. Last week my machine was on its way back to the store, this week the supplier is waiting for spares which will take 7-10 working days! What a joke!<br> <br> I will never buy anything from them again. Bad service.<br> <br> If I had bought this machine at a reputable retailer, they would exchange it immediately - no questions asked.
