Pathetic service - they don't stick to their word!

I ordered (internet) a 12 fin Delonghi oil heater, the 16 June 2020. Hirsch confirm Order & Delivery of 7 ~ 10 days. Thereafter - now they have my money - they go quiet on me. I email Hirsch, querying this deliver the 25 June 2020, only to be told some sob story and I can expect delivery 2nd week in July 2020!!!! Useless & dis-honest company! I'll never deal with Hirsch again!
