Pathetic service from Hirsch's Fourways. Rude staff and managers unavailable.

I ordered a part of a Defy Washing Machine. A lady named Priya took the order and assured me that she'd call me back later that day to inform me about the availability thereof which she failed to do so. Thus I called the next day and was disappointed to hear that she was on leave. The person I spoke to couldn't find the order and I was told to call back when she was there. It was Friday and I then had to wait until Monday.

On Monday morning, I called and spoke to Priya and she advised that she would follow up with Defy and call me back. I waited the entire day and she failed to call me back. I then called at around 16:30 to which she says that she's still waiting for the supplier. I challenged her as to why hasn't she called them to find out and she promptly passed the blame to the supplier. Namely someone at Defy named Yasheen.

Which was completely irrelevant to me. I have never interacted with anyone at Defy.

Priya proved to be too *********** to handle this simple order and thus I requested to speak to a manager to assist. And was told that there wasn't any manager on duty. Whether this was a lie or not is beyond me.

Anyways, I ordered the part from another supplier and will never buy anything from Hirsch's again, ever.
