PATHETIC SERVICE AT Hirschs Main store Umhlanga

Pathetic service from Thumeshnee Moodley at the Service Centre. It took over 90 minutes to get a quote from her.she did not return calls during this time, ( Friday 2nd January 14h30 approximately) . I reported a fault on my Bosch fridge about 10 days before Xmas. The freezer door was not closing properly leaading to ice build up. The Technician came, said it was repaired. It wasn't! I went away.and now on return want the problem fixed. Having to get a technician out a second tie is pathetic. They claim to have expert technicians. ABSOLUTE *******. Thumeshnee was more than disinterested in sorting out my problem. I have been to the service counter. They are all often on their phones ! This was at HIRSCH main store. Hirschs claim to be PASSIONATE ABOUT SERVICE IS A BIG FAT LIE
