Pathetic service and poor service delivery with no incentive

When you walk in as a customer, you are not given the attention or customer service that one deserves. You have to look for a salesman to purchase an item and all they want to do is start writing down the sale. They get irritated at the fact that you ask many questions about the different products, which obviously is asked to help you decide on what is suitable for your needs. Then all the smiles once the order is loaded. They have acquired the sales target and commission. The after sale is totally pathetic. Then the rudeness and attitude starts. They refuse to full up. You have to make numerous calls to actually get help. Technically run behind the manager and salesperson to get some sort of feedback, overall you are left like the idiot in the entire picture. I spent thousands of rands in the store but they refused to deliver whilst other stores the salesperson was accommodating and able to give included delivery for the numerous items purchased as done by all major retailers. Hirsch really needs to get there act together and be more customer friendly. Totally disappointed
