Pathetic service

Sent my coffee machine in for repairs 10 days have past and still no response when it will be ready

Manager called me and **** it was looked at , the next day I get a call to say they trying to locate machine. Absolutely disgusting service.

Was advised machine was not sent out because store did not have a driver.
