Pathetic Service

On the 28 March 2024 I purchased a Miele Fridge Freezer from the Hirsch Waterfall branch for R71000.00 Just a month later this ******* fridge stopped working and despite numerous calls to the Hirsch branch at Waterfall for the last 3 days no one has contacted me in order to resolve the issue. I have had to discard food that has gone off. The Hirsch service is pathetic
