Pathetic service

The after sales service at Hirsch Fourways is pathetic. The "product expert " Natasha knows nothing about the Samsung products. Her attitude stinks, she pretended to be too busy to assist me with the questions related to the products. Her answer to my questions were READ THE MANUAL. She needs customer service and product training.
