Pathetic Service

On the Monday, 2 Oct 2017 we made payment for 3 x Samsung TV's and sent POP to Marcelino. He then thanked me for my payment and advised that delivery will take place on Wednesday. On Wednesday just after 4pm I called Marcelino and he advised that delivery is only set for Thursday and apologized as he got the dates wrong and he will make sure it is delivered the next morning. Thursday afternoon @3pm I called and Marcelino advised that delivery will only go out on Friday. I was then not happy and called and asked for a manager. I got to speak to a manager and he advised that he will sort this out and make sure it is delivered by 4pm that same day. At 4pm I called the store again and the same manager told me they are on their way can i please wait for them they will be at our office just after 5pm. I stayed at the office until 6pm and received no delivery. Friday Morning i called the store and spoke to another manager he was full of attitude until i told him my calls was recorded then couldnt apologize enough. He told me he has made sure my delivery is the first on the list for the day and since the TV's are coming from Milnerton and we based close to the CTICC we will get the delivery by 10am. @10am we still haven't received delivery then I called the store again that same manager then told me the driver is in Observatory and will be there later in the day. I again was not impressed and called back and asked to speak to someone higher up. I then got to speak to Ashley who apparently runs the store...he also apologized and advised that we will be next on for delivery and we will get our TV's by 12pm... at 12pm we still got no TV's called the store again as Obs is not over 2 hours away from the CBD...Ashley then advised they are around the corner and for our inconvenience we getting a R500 gift voucher that will be hand delivered by Himself or Marcelino...On 6 Oct @12:30 we finally got our TV's and its now the 17 Oct and the voucher is probably on its way from Jupiter but still hasn't been delivered. Worst service i have ever received with delivering of goods from a store and assistance from 'managers'
