Pathetic response and customer care

<p>Tried fruitless times from yesterday to report large LG fridge not freezing. </p> <p> </p> <p>3 females promised to phone back but no luck. Springfield branch is useless. These females can barely speak clearly as well. Get proper staff who care. </p>
