Pathetic Customer Service

We bought a De Longhi coffee machine on 23 December 2020 at Hirsch's Somerset West. On 25th February we look the machine to the store because it had an error on the machine and was no longer working. The machine was taken for repairs a week later we were informed the machine cannot be fixed because the machine was pest invasion and they refused to fix our machine and our 2 year warranty has been voided due to that. Now 2 weeks later the manager of the store informed me to deal with this matter by myself. I still don't have my machine back and now have to deal with the supplier myself. The customer service from this store is pathetic we spend over R30 000.00 cash in that store and this is the way they dealing with their clients.
