PATHETIC AUCTION HELD ON 28 MARCH 2015 - A JOKE!!!

I went to the acution on Saturday morning at 9h00. Register and ask the person in charge from Makwande if there were reserved prices on the stuff. I was informed that there were but they are not allowed to give us the info. During the auction all good sold was to be confirmed by the manager. The auction was stopped due to the fact that we dont know what we already bought as everything need to still be confirmed. The Manager was called and we had to wait about 30min for him. As manager his reaction was pathetic to say the least. He could not tell us, we have to wait for the owners to come back from Australia the next week sometimes. I went upstairs and got hold of the area manager that had the same pathetic reaction towards all the clients that were at the auction. No apologies for the bad and unprofessional way this was handled or nothing. The customers just waste 3- 4 hours of their Saterday to be there for nothing. As per the list we were then told what the reserved prices of some items were. Most was the same as brand new items or more. THIS WAS DAMAGED GOOD WITH NO GUARANTEES. RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST !!!! I will think twice before buying from Hirsch Edenvale ever!
