Pathetic and unhelpful customer service, wouldn't recommend

Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful employees

We recently purchased kitchen equipment from the store including a stove. A while later we needed a cover to protect the stove from mess while cooking.

The employees suggested a mat to place on the stove top. They instructed that it can be placed on the plate while cooking given that it's on a low to medium heat. Keep in mind that they were made aware of the type of stove we have.

We followed their instructions and the mat caused permanent damage to our stove. The plate has a mark that cannot be removed.

We contacted the store and they were of no use. The employees blatantly **** to our faces and denied everything. We tried to escalate the problem to the superiors of Hirsch's. This, too, was of no use. They protected their staff and were unwilling to correct their mistakes or take accountability for their wrongful actions.

The employees are useless, unhelpful and ****s.

The store does not care about their service. After being loyal customers, I can assure you that I will never support them again.
