Pathetic after sales service

Its 2 weeks since i logged a call regarding my whirlpool microwave not working . No joy. A guy from whirlpool phones me and says he cannot help me as he works 9- 4pm and not on Saturdays. I have sent an email to Mr Allan Hirsch , awaiting reply. The after sales service st Hirsch's is pathetic. I will definitely not buy from them again. Sivaarasan
