Pathetic after sales service

I bought an airconditioner from them. The aircon is giving problems. Twice they sent out technicians from their installers but the problem still not solved. They just indicates they will inform the installer. Surely by now they should know the airconditioner purchased could be faulty. Bad service from this place.
