Overcharged and pathetic aftersale support

I would give zero stars but there is no option. Charged me more for an item than what was advertised. When I called to return it they wanted to charge me a 15% handling fee. Since when? No other mega retailer does this. *******!! Looking at all the negative reviews, really shows how much they care for their customers. Good job Hirsch!!
